ABOUT THE TRAINING
Evidence-based training helps support improved sleep.
Sleep Support Training for Managers provides insight and learning about family supportive behaviors, leadership strategies, healthy sleep behaviors, sleep tracking, and setting attainable goals to improve sleep health.
The program is based on the Military Employee Sleep and Health (MESH) study and has been adapted for the civilian workplace.
The program is made up of:

Sleep tracking and goal setting exercises for employees.
