The Mental Health Support Training for Military Leaders

is an evidence-based program developed as part of the Readiness Supportive Leadership Training (RESULT) study and evaluated with an active duty U.S. Army population.Â

The training has been adapted for all branches of the military to enhance resilience in the face of stressful and hazardous workplace situations.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Improving mental health through supervisor support and team effectiveness.

This program was developed to train military leaders in supportive mentorship, leading to improved readiness, resilience, health and well-being of subordinates, as well as enhancing a positive culture of trust within units. Learn more about the research involved in developing this training.
​Accessing the Training
This training includes 2 parts. There is an online training and there are some weekly follow-up activities. You can access both using the instructions outlined below.
Learners can access the online portion of the training through the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences at OHSU Learning Management System. This system is supported by Articulate Reach 360. To access the training:
1. Use the button below to register for a FREE Reach 360 account. You will create an account using your email. You will receive an email that you must approve before your account is made active.
2. After you've created an account, you will be able to access the training you have been assigned.
3. If you do not complete the full training in one sitting you can use the link provided to return to the training at your convenience.
4. A Certificate of Completion can be downloaded upon completion of the training.
